Disclaimer• By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
• Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
• If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
• If you have any questions, please contact me.

  • Will draw almost anything except nsfw / detailed backgrounds. That being said, my expertise and style lies in fantasy designs and characters. If you have a character outside that genre (fursonas, sci-fi, gore etc), please consult with me! I am still learning different styles, and want to give the best quality work to you.

  • Higher level of detail/intricacy may raise base prices.

  • I accept non-OC commissions (fanart).

  • All art is for private/personal use. Reselling my art is not authorized unless explicitly made for commercial work. All commercial work is to be discussed.

  • I do not take reservations on commission slots.

  • ALL PRICES IN USD AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

  • Payment is taken upfront. I will send an invoice to the email you provide. Paypal and Stripe options available.

  • No refunds.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission and will not draw offensive images/scenes/characters/symbols.

  • Turn-around time for all commissions is between 3 weeks to 2 months, so please allow ample time for it to be done.

  • All artwork will be uploaded to my twitter and online portfolio unless otherwise specified.

  • Please give credit when uploading to your own websites and socials.

COMMERCIAL WORK

  • All terms from above apply to commercial work.

  • If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

  • The minimum price increase is 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

  • The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, card games etc).
